Expanded into strategy-to-execution consulting, operations optimisation, and project/programme management, moving beyond digital strategy alone.
2023 - AI Integration
AI became a practical extension of our work—not a rebrand or trend response. Clients needed support on automation, data, and AI implementation that addressed governance, risk, and operational impact, not just tools.
